What we collect
- Enquiry details — name, email and any message you send through our contact form or by email.
- Phone calls — if you call us, we may keep a note of your number and what you asked about.
- Basic technical data — anonymous information your browser sends when visiting the site (e.g. device type, pages viewed). We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss storage with you.
- To manage your unit if you become a customer (billing, access, contract).
- To keep the website working and secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share information where we have to — for example with our payment processor, accountant, or if required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a customer. Customer records are kept for 6 years after the end of your contract, in line with HMRC requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email LockStoreMold@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
